Vertical process vessels in this facility undergo continuous thermal expansion and contraction cycles; standard rigid cladding panels risk buckling or seam failure without properly engineered expansion allowances.

The Solution

Our Approach

Our engineering team calculated exact thermal expansion coefficients for each vessel and fabricated Stainless Steel 304 (0.8mm) panels with integrated expansion joints and custom dome flashing collars around manways.

The Result

Outcome

1,500 SQM of vessel surface area is now protected with a buckle-free, chemically resistant cladding system engineered specifically for this facility's thermal cycling profile.
