The Solution

Our Approach

We specified stucco-embossed aluminum cladding (0.8mm) with up to 95% solar reflectivity over a high-density PIR insulation core, engineering expansion joints to accommodate thermal movement across the full header run.

The Result

Outcome

The completed system delivers measurably lower thermal gain across 3,200 linear meters of chilled water piping, supporting the district cooling plant's efficiency targets during Doha's peak summer demand period.
