Heavy-gauge metal jacketing engineered for Ras Laffan's LNG, GTL and petrochemical processing facilities.
Ras Laffan Industrial City is home to some of the world's largest LNG trains, GTL plants and petrochemical facilities, running processes that span cryogenic LNG transfer through to high-pressure, high-temperature steam distribution — often within meters of each other on the same site.
That range of operating temperatures means a single facility can require cryogenic-rated cladding on one line and 870°C-rated stainless steel cladding on the next. Our Doha-based fabrication team designs each system to the specific service condition rather than a one-size-fits-all specification.
We recently completed a 2,900-linear-meter high-pressure steam pipeline cladding project within Ras Laffan Industrial City, using SS 316L segments engineered for the site's demanding thermal and coastal conditions.
